STACK
- Node worker, Postgres, one page for the run log

TRIGGERS
- Webhook: one signed endpoint per flow, verifying an HMAC before doing anything
- Schedule: a cron expression per flow
- Poll: a cursor stored per flow so nothing is processed twice

ACTIONS
- Plain typed functions; a new integration is a new function, not a plugin system
- Every outbound call gets a timeout, a retry with backoff and an idempotency key

RUNS
- A row written before the first step, with status and payload
- Each step appends input, output and duration; secrets redacted before writing

WHEN IT BREAKS
- Dead-letter table with the original payload, so a fixed flow can be replayed exactly
