Build me a screenshot tool for macOS with annotation and my own upload endpoint.

STACK
- Swift, using ScreenCaptureKit for capture — do not use the deprecated APIs
- A small Node service on my own server for uploads

CAPTURE
- Area, window and full screen, bound to global hotkeys
- Freeze the screen while selecting, so a hover state can be captured
- Option to hide desktop icons and the menu bar clock before capture

THE EDITOR, WHICH MUST OPEN INSTANTLY
- The capture appears in a floating window already loaded; no save dialog, no spinner
- Tools: arrow, rectangle, text, blur, highlight, step counter
- Undo per object; everything is vector until export, so a blur can be moved after it is drawn

BLUR THAT ACTUALLY REDACTS
- Pixelate by downsampling and upsampling the region, not by drawing a translucent shape over it
- Export flattens; the original region must not survive in the file

UPLOAD
- POST to my endpoint with a bearer token, returning a short URL copied to the clipboard immediately
- Retry once, and keep the file locally if the upload fails rather than losing it
- Server side: object storage, a signed short id, and an expiry per upload

RECORDING
- Screen to MP4 with H.264, cursor highlighted, click ripples optional
- Trim start and end in the same editor before upload

Include a README on the screen recording permission, the blur guarantee, and the upload endpoint contract.
