STACK
- SQLite, a small Node fetcher, one HTML page

FETCHING
- Poll each feed on an interval, respecting ETag and Last-Modified
- Honour a 429 and back off; a reader that hammers feeds gets blocked
- Store the raw feed body on a parse failure so a bug is recoverable

DEDUPLICATION
- Key on the entry GUID, falling back to a hash of the link and title
- Feeds republish entries with changed dates constantly; without this the reader is unusable

READING
- Unread by default, mark read on scroll past, and a keyboard-first list
- Full text fetched with Readability when a feed only gives a summary

FILTERS
- Saved queries over title and body, evaluated at query time, shown as folders
