YES

Replaceable in one session with an AI coding agent.

A meeting poll: propose several times, let people tick which they can make, and see which slot wins — the open-source answer to Doodle.

Promptfree, for everyone, and the only version there is
Build a meeting poll.

STACK
- Astro with a Node adapter, SQLite, no accounts

THE POLL
- A title, a list of proposed slots, and a random URL that is the only credential
- Anyone with the link can respond; the creator gets a second, secret admin link

TIME ZONES, THE ONLY HARD PART
- Store every slot as an instant in UTC and display in the viewer's zone
- Show the zone explicitly beside each time, and let the viewer change it
- A poll that shows the creator's times to everyone is the standard bug here

RESPONSES
- Yes, no or maybe per slot, keyed on a name the responder types
- Editing a response requires the same name plus a token stored in localStorage

THE RESULT
- Counts per slot with maybe weighted at half, and the winner highlighted

Include the schema, the zone handling and the response tokens.

What you lose

  • A hosted instance with a memorable short link you can paste into a chat
  • Time zone handling across participants, which is the only fiddly part
  • Reminders to people who have not responded

If you would rather not build

  • A message asking which day suits, which still works
