STACK

THE INPUT
- A video file and a JSON log of cursor positions and clicks with timestamps
- On macOS a small Swift utility can log the cursor; on Linux, xdotool in a loop

THE ZOOM, WHICH IS THE WHOLE TRICK
- Cluster clicks in time; each cluster becomes a zoom target
- Ease in over 0.4s, hold, ease out — never cut, and never follow the cursor continuously
- Continuous following is what makes home-made zoom unwatchable

RENDERING
- ffmpeg with a zoompan filter driven by the keyframes you computed
- Round the crop rectangle to even pixels or the encoder will complain

Include the cursor logger, the keyframe generator and the ffmpeg command.
