Build me a time tracker whose totals always agree with the rows under them.

STACK
- Astro with a Node adapter, SQLite via better-sqlite3
- Server-rendered HTML, no frontend framework

ENTRIES
- Start, optional stop, project, optional client, description, billable flag and hourly rate
- A running entry is simply one with a null stop — no separate state to get out of sync

THE TIMER
- Start and stop that survive a page reload and a closed laptop
- Elapsed time computed from the stored start, never from a counter in the browser

CORRECTIONS
- Manual entry and editing allowed
- Every edit appended to a change log rather than overwriting the original, because a corrected timesheet is a document someone may have to defend

THE WEEK
- Per-day totals, duration editing without dragging, and a weekly total that agrees with the sum of its rows to the second

REPORTS
- Filtered by client, project and date range, with billable totals
- CSV and a printable HTML export

WITHOUT THE BROWSER
- /api/timer with a token, so a shell alias or a keyboard shortcut can start and stop a timer

TIME
- Every timestamp stored in UTC, rendered in a configured timezone

Include a README on the change log, the API token and the rounding rule used in reports.
