- Progress is a row per check-in with a value and a comment, appended forever
- Never store a current value on the result: it is the latest check-in

THE CHECK-IN
- One mail on Friday morning with a link per result the person owns
- The form is one number and one sentence. Anything longer goes uncompleted

CONFIDENCE
- Alongside the number, ask on track, at risk or off track
- The confidence changes before the number does, which is the early warning

THE VIEW
- One page: every result with its trend and confidence, grouped by objective
- A result with no check-in for two weeks shows as stale, in colour
